I play a ton of video games. Current and old.
I have over 700 games in my collection now. Shooting for a full n64 set. I have most of the rarer ones, just a matter of finding the Commons and dropping the cash on a few heavy hitters.
I also recently broke 100 nes games! Almost got 50 Genesis games.

i did play scarface and mafia 2 till i beat the game tho . I also like playin the wii mario games with the wife

Man, I had all the consoles starting from the NES to the N64 with a shit load of games when I was younger. Traded and sold magic the gathering cards to fund it. Then my stepmother sold them all for crack, along with my bike, antique furniture that was keepsake from my grandmother, and my tv.
I don't really like the direction gaming developers are going these days. Games don't really have any heart and soul anymore. I'm glad the indie developers are gaining some traction.

I liked the gameplay for BF3, but I gave up after so much frustration of having to reboot my console or getting booted after 2 matches. I won't ever buy another EA or Activision game again.

I disagree. You won't see ps3/xbox360 roms for awhile. So "hard" mods will always be the best way to pirate games. Also with the Xbox you can play burned games and still play online without a ban. Something you probably will never be able to do with a emulator.

So speaking of games anyone play gta heists? I stopped playing a few weeks ago because how shitty it was. The heists missons were sick. But you end waiting forever to wait.for 4 players and if someone leaves mid mission you have to wait for another person to join. Not.to mention its near impossible to communicate with people wih no mics.

Ahh,ya I see your point. I was thinking more about the classics rather than semi-current games. I really love my modded Wii console.

Playing the ps3 still. Still obsessed with the last of us, online. I'll probably bite the bullet to get a ps4 when uncharted 4 comes out

I didn't ever play uncharted until the third one came out. The last of us was one of the best games I played in years. Once I finally decide to get a ps4, I want the remastered version. Haven't played through the DLC, so it gives me something to look forward to.
The games I have an unnatural obsession over is monster hunter and the souls series. Games are way too casual these days. It gets so disappointing when hardly any games offer a glimpse of a challenge.

ive played all the way from nintendo threw now current games systems. i do agree that now adays games dont have the depth that they had to for a real store and its all about looks and thats about it. pluse i just dont have the time now adays to spend a whole weekend playing a game. (girlfriend aggro)
but with having less time though, games do last me alot longer now. hell i have 4 games for my xbox 1 that i still have to beat and 2 of them i have not even started lol.

Most games do not implement this very well though. I don't want something to take 30 more bullets to the head. I want the game to surprise me with real challenges. I can turn the difficulty up on skyrim for example, but it only increases the HP and damage of my enemy. It doesn't change anything else about the gameplay. I'm absolutely tired of all the military shooters these days. It's where the money is though, so I don't expect things to change anytime soon.
