 Seedlings - Help: color change

Hello guys, I have these seedlings and I spray them occasionally and fan once in a while with lights 24-7 on. I have kept the humidity dome on, and i took it off and next day saw this color change.
does anyone know or recommend anything i can do to fix this? or know why this happened?

I have a constant fan blowing around on them if thats a humidity dome, maybe its too humid in there? :/ just my two cents im sure youll get a better answer from a guru on here lol
