Anyone hear of this new 40:1 CBD/THC strain?

I don't believe it. Mary's Medidcinals doesn't sell seeds they make cbd products. They claim to be Quote:
licensing agreement with Green Natural Solutions (GNS) of Glenwood Springs, CO for exclusive access to its proprietary 40:1 CBD:THC strain, known as Mary’s Healing Heart.

For a strain to be this high in CBD you'd think the breeder would be letting everybody know about it esp in a legal state.
It's way easier to breed high thc strains then cbd and I've yet to see 40 thc to cbd let alone the other way around. Buuuuuuuut you never know

What do they use? Gas chromography?
What's it cost?
And who does it?

Yeah everything is pretty much tested. I don't spew percentages cause it changes from sample to sample even within the same strain. People get a bunch of samples of the same strain tested then use the highest one to advertise with.
I'm not sure how they test it actually. Apparently it's not hard cause some of the clubs here do it.
The cost of the test is usually a few hundred bucks.
