something i have been wondering about for a while is ,would it be ligit to run x2 400rds and x2 600rds in these utility's all included high rise building for rent and beable to avoid detection of the power consumption? ?
how do these places work?

I don't know anything about apartments like that but I imagine in the lease there is a disclaimer on how much they will pay for in utilities. Like up to $300 is free anything more you pay for.
Make sure they can't go in for maintenance, at my sisters apartment they give her just a couple days notice before they go in to do whatever it is needs done, I think the last time they had to come in was because there was mold in the building or something.
Fuck that I don't want anyone in my home unless I ask them to be there...
Edit: obviously don't forget about the smell, and noise of the fans/pumps you have.

ya im in a town home right now and we just had the yearly inspections ,when i got the place i asked when they do there check and the lady said in the spring so i took things down right before the melt and nobody came ,so i stretched it and stretched it and had 4 huge dwc,s in the basement ready to flower out pounders and then bam ,notice in the mail box .
had 2 days to rip everything so i chopped it all into to cutting and waited till they came and now im in the middle of an sog with all the cuttings ,it was a scary situation but im looking forward to getting my plant count down soon as this sog is done .
talk about anxiety ..
tryn to look for the right place in the country and get outa this city life ,hectic

Yeah... both have their advantages & whatnot, but I love country living... fires out back, loud music & all the free feelings.
