UVC Air Purifiers

How well do these things work against curtailing mold, pollen, and powdery mildew problems? I know it's a vague question without any specifics but I've got a friend looking to drop $100 or so on a small box that supposedly will stop this stuff from spreading in a regular sized room. Any info on this stuff would be much appreciated :smile:

why would you need to worry about mold and stuffs?

get yourself a carbon filter and amend the growing medium with beneficials

A plant can still be susceptible to mold with soil amendments and a carbon filter.

Working in a large grow. We have problems that occur every now and then. Just looking for something that will help prevent the spread of mold and bugs and pollen.
