I usually have alcohol by my side, but now, I have to just deal with it. The only thing I feel is my sleep getting fucked up.

Thanks for the welcome. I tried the opms liquid extract and really loved it. I'm spending a lot buying it at the headshop here. I am sticking with this stuff though to stay off opiates.

Going to get some more kratom today. I have read prices on here and know I am paying more by going to a headshop. But what are the best strands. Is there anything in particular I should look for? I've just been getting mostly capsules.

So, I just got my first ever batch of (bali) kratom, they even threw in thing of red Kalimantan? (Any difference or anything?)
And so for a first time ever user, what should I do to get a sedative dose? I want more of the sedative then energetic feeling, but am afraid of doing too much. Also, is this an easy high to handle? Doesn't seem like it'd make you super out of it?
I'm excited to try kratom.

Im not sure about starts dose.. Mine are larger then average. maybe try 5-7

Really? It seems more potent so I decided to try that next, why do you enjoy it more?
I tried an eighth to be safe and will try more if I get no/little effect and if I like this stuff, you'll most likely have a new customer!

Capsules is a easier ingestion method. I prefer tea personally... Red Kali is of a euphoric strain imo
each capsule is about .6-.7 usually
