I'm going out of town for a week, leaving today... I wanted to water all my plants before I left (a friend of mine is coming in a few days to check on them, just to be safe). Anyway, my garden light is set to come on at 9, and I woke up at 8, turned the lights on manually, and was done by 8:35. Then I realized CRAP I interrupted my plant's flowering light cycle! Did I do any damage, or should I be good?

I'm not exaclty sure what happens when you change the light cycle all I know is you shouldn't do it.
I've heard of many people fucking up over 24hours of light and they still make it to a very rewarding harvest.
ex. power outages happen all the time.

your plants are much better off getting more dark then more light if you fuck up the light cycles. However, one time isn't going to alter them that much. It's repeated fuck ups that stress the plant out.
Just be more careful in the future.
