See you're in Australia - hate to say this, but after that page was written, we had to take Australia & a few other countries off our shipping list due to customs issues.
You're still welcome to participate in the free seed comps. We ship those out separately, so we've left them open to everyone to be fair.
Hopefully, we'll be able to try Australia again sometime soon. You guys are always so nice to work with. Not talking about anyone on this forum, but you wouldn't believe (or maybe you would) the kind of emails & phone calls our girls in customer service get, and I've never once had anyone from Oz be anything but incredibly polite no matter what was going on.

Ah damn! Finding a reliable seedbank that will ship here is getting harder and harder. Our customs can be a pain in the bum but they're only doing their job I suppose.
That's good to hear the aussies you've dealt with have been nice, being a dick will get you nowhere, manners can go a long way.

Steve's shipments don't seem to have a problem getting through, but they look like personal mail.
I think they caught one of our shipments & then were kind of on the lookout for them - we were getting most through, then we could get none through - not even on resends. After a few tries, we gave people refunds & called it a day.

It will be interesting indeed Mag. My past orders have come through fine. Apparently they look out for packages that have tracking which makes sense. Who's going to get tracking on 'crafty' items if you know what I mean.
