Take alot so this happens 
"DOB can be quite harmful at high doses. Significant overdoses can cause serious vasso-constriction of the extremeties...possibly resulting in nerve damange and/or gangrene. There are unconfirmed reports of two people who accidentally ingested 75mg (over 30x the regular dosage) and needed to have their legs amputated because their circulation had shut off and caused gangrene in their legs."

Btw do you always just hold tabs right in your hand? That can absorb in through your skin lol or so they say. I've never had it happen to me but I usually just keep them in a foil 'til its go time and then it don't matter if i touch 'em.
Either way though, I probably wouldn't be too mad if I was handling someones doses and 'accidentally' scored a free trip out of the deal.
