Cali growers feeling the heat yet?

Just heard everyone in the state is only allowed 50 gallons of water a day or face fines.

I wonder how huge growers will deal with it.

50 gallons for indoors use then added for the property. With the sizes of the properties I own I'll be allowed hundreds of gallons a day.
