Kind of like the election between Kerry and Bush. You really got to pick the lesser of two evils. Douche and a Turd sandwich.
Why is it hard to believe that most kids really don't fuck with either. If they are raised right, they can make educated decisions. Most of the kids I grew up with that could readily get weed or cigarettes didn't do either.
The government really has no grasp on reality.

I've heard about studies that said people who smoke weed usually score higher on their SATs and stuff because of INCREASED cognitive ability.

Even in the movie Super High Me, Benson did better on his SATs while high than when sober.lol. He is an adult, but still it obviously improves some brain functioning.

But it also says...
"Marijuana users demonstrated relative cognitive impairments in verbal memory, spatial working memory, spatial planning, and motivated decision making."

I took two years off smoking pot when I went to college. I thought it would interfere with my studies. I started smoking again and got almost 100% in calculus class. I decided that if you put in the time to study then it's OK to smoke.
