What's good pesticide for budding plants I haven't applied anything but little neem oil but u still see alittle bit of tiny bugs

Neem oil or organicide. You can get organicide at lowes or Home Depot.

organicide  sucks imo. Shit leaves a residue on the plant that is like motor oil.

Yeah I personally have never had pest issues so I never have to use either LOL
