I hate not being able to smoke while I watch a movie.
Last movie we seen was either Evil Dead or The Devil Inside. Its been awhile. We would just rather watch them at home.lol.
What movie you seeing? I want to see Godzilla. Always loved Godzilla. I liked Ferris Bueller Meets Godzilla as crazy as that sounds.

No worries man, Ya I used the 98 version as a test and it passed with flying colors. Don't get me wrong saying that it's the best movie out there but it definitely beat out the previous version.

Dudes, in my opinion, the best remake to come out in the past few years was Evil Dead. I am a super fanboy of evil dead and when I heard Bruce wasn't even gonna make an appearance I almost wrote the movie off. But fuck they took the concept and made an entire new movie from it. I loved the subtle nods to the first movie. Like the car the brother and sister were sitting on and the dismemberment even gave nods to the original.
They respected long time fans and actually gave us a "new" movie to enjoy. Nobody will ever dominate Campbell, but its the fact they didn't try to that made me like the movie that much more.

Man you are exactly right. Campbell did work with the guys and so did Sam and Ted Raimi.
Honestly I think the remake expands on the horror aspect of the story. The original and the 2nd was scary in its own right, but there was a lot of emphasis on slapstick humor, i.e. bruce getting the shit beat out of him with tree branches and a headless corpse with a chainsaw bludgeoning him.lol
When I was like 4 or 5 all the way to 11, all my parents had was VCRs and no cable. We always watched movies and I had three VHS of my very own. They were Salem's Lot, Army of Darkness, and A nightmare on elm street 3. I watched the shit out of Army since it was my favorite one. Oh and my parents weren't demented, my mother and I were just big horror movie fans.lol
EDIT: Smoking a cone of bubba kush. Wish I would have rolled up some Trainwreck instead, this bubba makes me lazy as shit.

I think Jump street was good, honestly it's all a haze
I know I enjoyed it more than Anchorman 2, that shit made me fall asleep in the theatre.

Man its so embarrassing to fall asleep in a theater to me.lol.
I am a big star wars fan too and I was so excited to see the return of the jedi special edition, 15 minutes into the movie I fell asleep. There was just nothing new about it, and for some reason it was incredibly borring in the theater. Then some years later I went to see episode 2 in theaters. Fuckin got woke up by a couple next to me telling me my snoring was getting extremely loud. WTF? I love star wars but fuck those movies were so boring.
Will Ferrel is funny sometimes. I love the SNL skits and even like elf to a certain degree. I thought stranger than fiction was a solid movie, but man he is aggravating to me for some reason. The first anchorman was like nails on a chalkboard to me. I'm more of a big lebowski kinda comedy than a Will movie.
