it is because you are smoking a highh dose of sativa . you need a hybrid of indica/sativa..or a indica white widow gods gift any bud brothers are great for relaxing . i have hypertension i also vape wwithn 5 min my heart beat is ussually regulated here  feel like m gonna make it to my blood pressure medicine..vaping has saved me . but for siatic pain becareful of hgh sativa. i ant to juice..:-)

It was just because i was new to cannabis, and also had a lot of anxiety. Because it happened with sativa, and indica strains. Doesn't phase me in the slightest anymore.
