interesting times out here in the pine tree state.
currently there are 3 mj bills in the works. one for legalization, one that allows doc's to prescibe mmj for any ailment they want and lastly a bill to add ptsd and opiate addiction to the current list of qualifying conditions for medical marijuana.
the only article i could pull up is about legalizing and taxing cannabis.
maine may be the 3rd state to legalize cannabis

Glad to hear that fer you fellers out on the right coast.The more medical states we have then I believe the true "dymystfication" will happen for us.Not just a supposed ideal on a web site. Good luck with you states program!

Yeah Maine is pretty sweet now! Since becoming a patient I have no worries with my garden or the law. They are pretty good to you as long as you have your paperwork on you wheb your out and about!
Pretty cool to legaly have 12 in veg and 6 flowering!

I lived in northern cali for a few years and dont get me wrong it was great! The herb was some of the best I smoked and the sun always seems to shine...... But now that maine is legal, we are coming around ( no more comercial swagg dirt ) amd lots of great indoor finally at decent prices.
Plus 4 seasins. I love fall and winter months as well as a good warm summer!
