Just bottled my beer after 2.5 weeks of fermenting. Can't wait to try them out.

I got one of those! The first one I had came out wicked malty and very very tasty. The second one was an "Oktoberfest" and was awful for my personal tastes. My friends all liked it.
But the first one, whatever it was, tasted super molassesy and delicious.

So today I tried some of the beer. I was priming it for about 2 and a half weeks.
Doesn't taste half bad even though I added way more sugar then i was suppose to.
I just started fermenting some of the "oktoberfest" style beer on Saturday.
