I drink 40's when I feel like being more of a nig. Steel reserve 40's are about as low as it can go. And I love them.

Research assistant. Once a week I will drive around the state picking up samples in different streams and then the rest of the week I will be doing whatever needs to be done around the facility. Analyzing, maintaining, whatever.

I'm becoming a full fledged alcoholic slowly. I'll drink at home and alone whenever I need the buzz... but I have this craving for good beer. I'm big into those micro breweries along the westcoast. D:

It's amazing that everyone in the states who isn't 21 complains about it. Since I was 17 I've never had a problem buying booze in the states for the most part.\

Exactly. I hate drinking with people when that happens.
I drink alone, quite often... I'm quite sure I'm an alcoholic. I'm OK with it at this point, though.

I don't really see anything wrong with alcoholism(theres many defnitions) as long as you don't need to drink to get up and go to work or something. And not having a family is more alcoholic friendly.
I don't really love/hate alcohol, I mostly drink when I am wanting opiates but can't get any. Or sometimes when I am on oxycodone, I'll drink 2-3 beers and be drunk off my ass heh.

Most of the world is alcoholic friendly.
Alcohol is such a great social lubricant, I think that any substance use is acceptable as long as you go to work, pay your bills and can function.
I know people who own restaurants (two people) and although not often we've drank until a hour or two before when they have to be leaving for work on their busy days.
Prehaps I wouldn't feel the same way if someone was drinking themselves to death but I still respect their decisions. The word alcoholic is so hard to define, non drinkers will probably say getting pissed every weekend makes you an alcohol. While a social drinker would say drinking to get drunk multiple times a week makes you and alcoholic. So on and so forth.
