 FFOF and Sunshine 4Mix. 1:1 Ratio?

Hey Growery,
about to undertake a a much bigger grow after my first grow attempt, which you can find here: http://www.growery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/650377
some questions about the subject matter.
my initial plan was to use a medium of fox farm ocean forest and promix with a 50:50 ratio.
local hydro store had no promix but recommended sunshine as a similar product.
can i use the same 50:50 ratio with the 2?
would i be better off just using ffof on its own? how about sunshine?
-i have a whole bale of sunshine, and a bag of ffof.
last grow i used ffof with 1/3 perlite and couldnt complain from my results, despite it being a small scale grow.
much help appreciated

thanks! good to know, that was the main reason i wanted to add a secondary medium in, to slow the process of me running through my ffof to quickly.
but since im now stuck with a whole bale of sunshine, ill put it to some use and perhaps put a couple of my clones and see a side by side comparison. should be a fun experiment as a beginner
