Equal parts coco fiber, perlite, worm castings and garden soil. That will be your base. If the manure is composted (not fresh and smelly), you can add it in at a ratio of about 10% of total soil volume.
I stay away from peat moss because it acidifies the soil over time, and I recycle my soil. If you decide to use it, and you reuse soil as well, you should add some dolomitic lime to the mix on subsequent grows.
You'll still want nutrients, in some form, to add during flowering if you want to maximize your results...
