The gold is edible gold not real gold so it is safe to consume.

Just because it's safe to eat doesn't mean it's safe to smoke 
I wonder how it affects the taste? Papers taint the weed taste bad enough.

Im not sure if it was that brand but i saw those at the denver 420 cannabis cup. They also had a HUGE tobacco cigar for fucking hundreds.
I was talkin to the dude and he said its for "when you wanna stand out in a crowd" and was a fucking idiot thug wannabe.
They said the gold doesnt burn, melt, or off gas, so you just drop gold flakes into your ash tray. He actually said its HEALTHIER tham regular papers.
I really think its a fucking stupid idea.
