Yeah it kind of looks like a ball but 1 ball doesn't make a hermie.

Tried to get some better photos. No Macro lens but these are pretty high resolution. I hope this helps a little.

Yeah it looks like a male ball but not a very well formed one. Happens to a lot of plants doesn't mean it's a hermie. (Not yet anyway)
