 When to switch to bloom nutes indoor?

I'm currently growing 4 clones Hempy style indoor, I'm waiting for my seedlings to sex so I kept it on veg. I've decided to transplant the seedlings to the same dr Earth non oil medium.When should I switch to use bloom nutes? Before or after I change to 12/12? Or before, and how long before? It's been a month since i took the cuttings minus a week and a half to root, so they've been veggie for 3 weeks +\-. I'm just curious. Outdoors I would start at first sign of flowering. Is this waiting too long? All input is appreciated!
