I noticed a couple of weeks ago some of my plants leaves started to wrinkle and tear can anyone tell me why this is happening thanks. Im new to this and need help

Usually it's caused by overfeeding or being to hot. (that is if you're seeing the tears form at the jagged parts of the leaf blade)
