Kind of in the same boat. Only $7 given and I did mention it to him a couple weeks back. Mine could be in the mail but hey since someone else brought it up.

And I've asked in that thread for people to contact me about orders not received, multiple times. Drawde, you did not contact me. So if you did not respond to that, how am I supposed to know that they didn't get to you. 
The people who have responded, i.e. Gask, got their order. So resend info.
