My little brother got hit in the eye by a baseball

Poor little guy. It looks majorly fucked up. He was at his practice, he is only 12. He got 7 stitches.


I have a really crazy pic of it.
Will post later. He is being transferred to a different hospital now to check for eye damage.

Lol it's actually pretty serious
Was from a batting machine
Very fast

Will posts pics. Warning thy are gruesome. He has to stay and bed for a week and can't move/open either eye. He got morphine and Vicodin. He was high as fuck. :lol:
He's pretty miserable though.

He has to take four dif eye drops 3 times a day, and an anti-biotic and also Vicodin. He has 7 stiches in his eyelid and the bone under his eye is broken and he has blood in his eye. Too swelled up to open and the muscle in his eye is entrapped in the fracture so he can't move either eye for 2 weeks so it will heal. Opening and moving his good eye is just as hard since his other eye does the same thing it causes severe pain. So many good pranks to play on a blind boy for 2 weeks. :lol:
He got morphine at the doc and he was offered a benzo too.

Yes, but he should be okay if he follows dr's orders.
Could have to get surgery if the eye is entrapped. Some risk. Hopefully all will be okay.
He has a doc app EVERYDAY! He is there right now.

So just found out there is some possible eye damage. The ball got his eye pretty bad too, not just the eyelid. . He did get a cut on his retina, and he can't read any thing on the doctors cards when they force it open, but he can move it and count fingers. and because of the optic bone fracture, he  may have to get plastic surgery. a specialist is coming at the app I am taking him to tomorrow to asses the eye damage though.
