Is it too late to plants seeds? And is there a way to tell werher a seed is sativa or indica?

Depends on the strain
No way to know for sure, but I think sativas have bigger seeds of lighter color...or the other way around lol.
You should get some autoflowers

Well it being too late all depends on where you live usually, but it's early enough in the season that I would doubt it's too late.
There is no way of looking at a seed and knowing if its indica or sativa.

no not to late, if your in the western hemisphere, they will still have time to grow before flowering.
no way to tell from the seed as far as I know. You can tell by the leaf shape/size and lankiness/stoutness though.
