I recently read about dutch passion - skunk haze strain which has 5% cbd

I want to start grow in feb but this one looks not powerful enough for outdoor
anyone know strong strain with that much cbd % ?

Skunk Haze is now a joint effort between Dutch Passion & CBD Crew.
Yummy is one CBD's original high-CBD seeds.
CBD Crew has other strains as well, but they're hard to get. Yummy is one of the few that's available right now.
You can check out most of what they have on our site if you want - CBD Crew
They're supposed to have some new things in the works, but I'm not sure where they are with that. Everyone's hoping that their partnership with Dutch Passion will make these new seeds available on a more consistent basis.
If you're in California, you can find seeds with even higher levels of CBD - above 10%. Harlequin & Cannatonic are probably the most famous ones, but I don't know much more about them.
From what I've read, the really high CBD/very low THC strains have not been stabilized yet - meaning it's a pheno hunt. You have equal chances of getting extremely high CBD/practically no THC, even amounts of each or very high THC/practically no CBD.

Sorry I couldn't be of more help, but I'm extremely interested in the high-CBD strains. They haven't quite caught on in Europe because it's more of a recreational scene than medicinal, but I think they're going to grow in popularity just like the autos have.
