I found the lounge very friendly when i started here. Growery is a smaller place so everyone knows everyone else (for good or for bad). So some new people, may not get the inside jokes or the friendly teasing we give each other.
All you gotta do is post and not take anything serious and you will fit in just fine. 
(also.... dont send picklez any money)

Dunno man... I feel like you are judging people quite fast there ...
This website is much slower than shroomery because we don't have a lot of people posting, also, the admins really don't do much work on here, they pretty much do it on shroomery and if theres any changes to the website, it'll be made on here too. But Hawks is a mod, he can't really do anything about website suggestions, except telling them to the admins.

Moody? Ignorant? Really? Why don't you show some knowledge then? I answer 95% of the questions posted here. If that's moody then meh, guess i'm moody. The link you posted was to some post asking about some random member who no information to go on, not a good example whatsoever. You really didn't prove much of a point. Why not show me where I haven't been a help to someone asking questions about their grow issues? I will admit that if people don't do even the minimal amount of research or effort into growing then I will tell them so, as well I should. I'm not here to hold peoples hands through every step of the process. People need to research and learn, not just ask every question that pops into their head, that's been answered hundreds of times before on this and other forums, and in books.
As for the admins, yeah they need to give some serious attention to this place.

Really? I'm the most prominent mod because I help out the most. I'm the one constantly answering questions. I didn't "make" myself anything.
Do you realize how many PM's I get on a regular basis? Would YOU want to spend ALL your time answering them, when a quick search can answer 95% of them? No, you wouldn't

I help people every day with whatever questions they have, do i look like i need someone to hold my hand through it all ?
I just like someone to bounce ideas off occasionally to facilitate my work so i do the best i can for the site but you failed miserably.
You were bad news from the start when i was asking about the health of the site and you bailed.
If i had picked anyone else to PM with my opinion of this site would be different.
I don't feel like helping you at all anymore, i'm removing all my work from this site on both accounts.

And bouncing ideas off is just fine. I'm fairly certain I wasn't referring to you. Also, I've gone through all the PM's from you, and I did answer them, sooo, not sure what you're talking about there.
And when people want to bounce ideas off of me I usually reply. But if I don't get back to someone they shouldn't be butthurt about it.
And if you think you can do a better job, then step up to the plate and help out man, instead of bailing.

I have my area of work and i already bend over backwards going above and beyond. I was attempting to start discussion on pot sizes on the ninja account but you missed it.

So many lolz in this thread.
Some people are that sensitive hawks, that's something a mod tends to learn quick around here.
It's sometimes best to help by linking them to an old discussion with the answers than straight out answering the questions as well.
This will help avoid confrontations.
Also be careful calling out puppets that may not be.
Many proxies out there, and a lot of people share the same ones.
