Growtent vent question

Ok so I'm looking at this Growlab GL60 2'x2'x63" I will just be using 1 top 4 bulb 2 foot t5ho and maybe a vertically mounted one in the back.

The space is 20.3cuft

I'm also looking at a Hurricane Inline Fan 4" - 171 CFM.(Is this overkill for 20.3cuft?)

My understanding is I want the exhaust up top since heat/smell rises or will bottom be fine with this set up?

Will I just need 1 passive intake? Would a passive intake be sufficient just having a port left open?

I need everything to be 100% smell proof so I'm also looking at a Phresh Filter - 4" x 8" - 150 CFM to attach to that exhaust. Or possibly looking for a solid DIY if anyone has a recommendation.

Anyone have anything negative to say about this particular tent?
