Hey guys, I am a complete newbie when it comes to growing cannabis, I actually have just came over from the Shroomery! Greetings from there 
I have a few questions about what goes into a grow. I looked at this sponsor website and found this: http://www.rvfgardensupply.com/cgi/display.cgi?item_num=706820&cartstatus=temp&custid=725657.9442
Now this is a mini grow so i think this will be perfect, my question is what else do i need other then the tent in terms of light etc.? What aspects does that growbox cover and what do i need to buy with it to have a complete grow set.
Kind of on a budget here, so bare with me  Thanks alot

Well besides the tent, you're going to need a light, fans for ventilation, containers and substrate, a pH reader, pH up and down, nutrients. There's a lot that goes into this.
What our recommendations are going be depends on what you are wanting out of this. Initial start ups aren't cheap, buy they pay for themselves very quickly.

How much can that tent fit? 1-2 plants? I'm looking for a mini grow basically

Hey buddy. The best way to learn the answers to some of these really basic questions that have been asked and answered a million times, is to browse the forums and look at others' grows. Go read 100 grow journals and note the differences in equipment and technique. Decide then which method you think will be best for your situation, and then go read another 100 grow journals about that method. Of course that is an exaggeration for effect but you get the idea.
Personally, for a first time grow I would use a straight bagged soil intended for marijuana growing (like a fox farms or roots organic) for your medium. A nice starter light would be a switchable 400w digital HPS/MH ballast with the appropriate bulbs. If you go with a tent like that, heat management will be an issue and you'll need ventilation as mentioned. Building your own room/cab for your grow lets you personalize it a lot more and have a higher quality/less expensive product in a lot of situations.
Basically, do a LOT of reading before you jump in. Grow guides can be helpful for getting a grasp of the basics but don't take anything that anyone says as gospel. There's no one right way to grow, but for your first time something simple and tried will be the best.

I'd say it would fit one plant.
Like Angus said, do way more research at this point. It sounds like you haven't done a whole lot yet.

Remember that you may need to deal with the wonderful smells.
There is a good DIY filter thread....somewhere hereabouts....
I built one and am not smelling anything, yet:
