Ive been good. Businesa as usual. Been running again lately, im at my lowest weight in years. Its nice. Being super fucking healthy is the tits.

I've been hitting the gym 4 days a week and on my off days i generally run, play racquetball and steam. Shits awesome. Between that, school and cooking and drug court i've been pretty fucking busy lately.

Nice man, I really need to start getting back into shape myself. I start everything on the 9th of November (new diet and workout plan)
Speaking of drug court, I forgot to call my alcohol treatment place and get assigned to a new place for classes. I really dont need to judge putting out a warrant before I have a chance to leave the state.
