I've got an ad on Craigslist for some excess outdoor meds I'm getting rid of, and I get all sorts of calls these days. Last night someone tried to get me to sell him a pound for $1600 (the ad says it's $2000)! lol.
The most recent one I'm wondering if it's legit and whether or not I should look into pursuing it. A guy from Atlanta hit me up today, saying he usually gets his stuff in Cali, but the prices there are just not doing it for him anymore. Initially, he offered three grand a p shipped, and he'd fly out for a face-to-face for the initial purchase to get the ball rolling.
I responded with my typical "Sorry man, my wife won't even let me pick up a couple ounces of mushies to flip, much less do something of THAT nature! But, if you'd be interested in setting me up as your grower, I'll grow you top shelf for the same price, and the quality increase will make it worth it to have someone drive it rather than ship it.
He said he's "VERY interested" and he'd have to give me a call tomorrow so we can talk... I'm a mixture of excited and scared right now. On one hand, I doubt that the DEA would go THAT far just to bust someone for pot. I mean, who's gonna authorize spending $10-15k on growing equipment just to trap a weed grower?? I mean, I could see them doing for a meth cook or something, but I wouldn't think pot it THAT high of a priority, is it? ON the other hand, my wife thinks that an agent with a wild hair up his as and an expense account MIGHT be hairbrained enough to think this is a good way to net a collar...

Sounds so so so sketchy to me. But I don't know fuck all about the luxury of living in a med state.
Worst comes to worst...do you have a friend willing to play middle man for a few hundo? I'd never be the one personally involved.

Paw, I know living in Texas you'd have a hard time understanding the attitude of LEO in the Seattle area. These people don't care about weed. There's WAY more important things for them to deal with, like REAL drugs such as crack or meth or heroin or gang activity. It's reasons like this that caused the Seattle city council to draft and enact guidlines for the dispensaries in Seattle. I too was skeptical, but I know people who have been doing this for 5 or 6 years and done just fine. Make sure you only deal with patients and you'll have no problems (well, no gangbanger types either. They'll rob ya 8 times out of 10)...

I don't think I would need a middle if I made sure his driver had his medical card and a state ID. Its not tough to get it.

I understand it's acceptable to some.
But I don't think I could go there even in a med state.
I fact, I think it'd be safer sell pussy on craigslist, than pot.

Sorry I live in Cali where it's pretty much fucking legal and this is about as stupid a thing I've ever seen on this site.
Sell to somebody in another state whether they have a med card in that state or not and it's now a federal crime where having a med card doesn't mean a thing in fact in federal court you can't even mention the med card thing.

Ahhhh....duh exactly why wouldn't they? There gonna get the money back in fines when the catch the person stupid enough to do this.

I would insist he had a driver come get it from me. I hand off to him here and I'm free of liability. I'm not selling to someone in another state. I'd be selling to someone who's in my state (who'd probably leave immediately with it, but that's not my problem.
If he won't agree to a driver, I won't do it. I don't feel comfortable shipping to someone I don't know.

The only safe sale out of state is to me, Please dont put your real return addy on that package.
back in the early`70s i got busted by a postal inspector for sending 3 joints and some seeds thru the post office to colorado.
It was a felony back then but i was a minor, years later i worked for the post office for 12+ years
True story no spice, i had put my return addy inside a rit tye dye box with 3 shitty brick weed joints with some seeds.
We did not have bubble wrap envelopes back then
