i should upload my last toss and wash attempt... i took 2 videos.
still cant do a toss and wash!!!
first vid: I divided 10 grams into 3 piles.... i poured 3.3gms in my throat and tried to wash it down with ice tea. The powder clumped up and was ROUGH goin down (i was gagging)
Second vid: i fill my mouth full of orange juice, then pour 3.3 grams on top and try to gulp it all down... The powder coated my throat and i ended up pukin in the sink on camera
Not sure why i cant do a T & W!!!

How do you consume it usually?
I had some trouble getting it down this time around. It felt like a ball of powder built up in my throat.

90% of the time i use tea (double the dose).
sometimes i do capsules (but it constipates me)

Don't dump it down to your throat, dump it on your tongue. Then add some water and wash it around your mouth. Swash it around enough to where you don't feel the powder anymore and swallow. Repeat.

Whatever you could tolerate, the whole point is to get it down smoothly not to have a choking fit.
Start off with two grams at a time just to get the feel of it. Once you feel confident enough with the process add a few more grams. I dump 4 - 5 grams at a time so I end up doing the whole process twice.

I've likely mentioned my method for T&W around here quite a bit...but this is what I do. I only take teaspoons a couple times a day, so I'm only washing down a teaspoon at a time.
-I dump the kratom onto the center of my tongue.
-I then take a tiny sip of water and hold the water in my mouth for a few seconds while holding the kratom in the center of my tongue, just enough water so that the kratom on my tongue is somewhat covered by the water. The little bit of water in my mouth will typically cause the kratom to clump together into one single "wad".
-I then take a couple large gulps of water and the "wad" of kratom goes down all at once leaving nothing behind. Majority of the time there will be no little fragments/particles left in my mouth or throat, like 1 time out of 20 there will be some minuscule bits of kratom left in my mouth or throat.
-I'll sometimes take another drink of water to cleanse my tongue or wash down particles when ever some are left behind.
It's really easy, just a few seconds and two drinks of water to get it all down and with no taste left behind.

so P-O, hows business? i know a lot of people on the shroomery just lost their vendor and im not sure these specific people know about your service....they thought they found a good one but have been apparently been getting selectively scammed
im sure they could use a guy like you if you dont mind me recommending
