Do you bother grinding for bongs? Or do you just break some off the branch and pack it up?
I never grind but I should. It definitely burns better and more evenly ground up. Old habits die hard though haha I always forget.

It all depends for me really, i like grinding it up for bongs and pipes. the herb cherries burns way better,imo. No having dumbass people charing your weed before you get another hit.

I pretty much always grind up my weed before smoking it, even for bongs or pipes, it gives me kief

Yeah I tend to grind 99 percent of my bud.
Tho every now and then, I just have to throw a good looking frosty bud tip in the bong.

Dank has several different consistencies. From gooey, sticky, dense, fluffy, fucking gold nuggets. I usually just grind the goos and the dense ass nuggets.

when i used to smoke i would grind it for a second just to break it up enough to pick out stems. i'd use my hands after that. it was calming and soothing to break it up and if i wasn't in a rush i would often do it entirely with my hands. i really hate having it broken up super fine though, i like it to be fairly chunky, while still being able to burn good

grinders like the kannastor are perfect for me because the holes are really big so it gets it to the perfect consistency for me.

i dont for bongs,bowls (rip it small chunks)... but i will for joints
my wife NEEDS it busted for any bowl. lol

Never!....
Unless it is mediocre bud, I cringe at the sight of a bud being thrown into a grinder. Just thinking about all of those trichomes being smashed, ripped apart, and smeared about along the insides of the grinder. I don't care if I get some kif out of it, grinding quality bud is pure blasphemy.
I like seeing the trichomes fully intact, and then watching them melt as I bring the flame closer to the bowl, then they start to bubble releasing all of those tasty vapors, then finally burn...
How someone can throw buds like this into a grinder is beyond me...
Also...I get joy out of breaking apart a bud with my fingers and strategically packing a bowl.

I like to feel the dankness of my weed in preparation of my stoning session.
Unless it's hard/dense, low quality, or I need to prepare a lot then I like to use my fingers.

Always. You get more use out of your bud and you get kief out of it. It makes it smokes better and you know you are being efficient. You just gotta find a good high quality grinder that is a good fit for you.

I cut my bud up with one of those exact-o blades. I don't really like using grinders unless im rolling joints
