Well I made a ticket earlier because I couldn't have access to any places in the forum, just the list of all the subforums n shit. It was giving me an error message, so I made a ticket, but now I can't find it back and typing my email address in the thang to get our ticket number back, it write an error message also. But I guess its fixed, because I haven't had the error since then.

Oh yeah, I don't handle support tickets.
But I had the same issue and was about to fill one out myself.
But I decided to check the Shroomery first to see if it was working, because I was online when both sites went down.
Found andy in OTD, and asked up the deal was.
It took him last than five minutes to get it back on track.
