Do you guys know anyone with an on purpose blunt burn? It sounds stupid, but tribes and shit do scarification rituals for a lot of different things.
I googled it and it didn't turn up much. Is it a local thing?

I know people who have done it with regular cigars. It was more of a macho thing, 2 people have a cigar and hold it on the others arm. First one to pull away loses.

Ah. I know a number of people with them from blunts. Kinda like a tribal tattoo like I said haha.
It seemed like a muuuuuuch better idea when I was drunk. But I don't regret it haha.

Gave myself one when I was super young. Dont regret it but it was a pretty stupid thing to do. It got all kinds of nasty before it healed

I have heard and learned a lot about scarification rituals, heard about a shitload of other painful rituals, but none of them used burnings by joints or cigarettes...
The closest I can think of is a ritual that turns teenagers into adults in Ethiopia, in which the initiated had to walk on embers without complaints or cries, not really similar...

lol, scarification shit is meant to separate awareness from the body through conscious observation of pain etc...
Burning yourself with a blunt when you're really high and drunk is a little different.
What ever you thought it would mean to you is what's important.

I didn't so much mean the same as their particular rituals. I see it as kind of a tattoo. I dunno lol. I probably wouldn't have done it sober, but I always have talked about it since I was younger. A check off the ol bucket list I guess.

I have a circle bowl-burn on my forearm from 420 back in like 2001 or 2002... me and my 2 homies all got one. Smoked a bowl in the metal pipe, and put the circle on the forearm till it cooled. That shit's been with me 10+ years... lol
