its something ill watch if its on, i know the characters and the general story but i dont like it enough to torrent it and watch every episode of every season like i did some of my others. same as breaking bad for me.

and +5 to any season that ends it when its supposed to. other shows need to take note of that.

Game of Thrones is great. They do pretty good job of keeping true to the books as well.

You haven't seen the second season yet? It's pretty decent. Only one episode left!
I haven't had cable since like 98. So I'll basically download the entire season after it airs, or catch it on netflix. That way I can watch it the entire way through, over like a week, or two

I did when I was younger. Don't really read them anymore though.
I don't have cable either, but I like this show so much that I download it directly after it airs on the east coast. Otherwise I usually wait for the seasons to wrap up as well.

because if you liked game of thrones, GRRM edited a series about "real life" super heroes called "wild cards". Like one is a pimp, another a meth junky.
i thought the first couple books were really cool

Am I the only here that believes that tv shows are a complete waste of time? Especially a show about rich horny girls my age. I'd rather ignore the real ones.

I club with those twinkies. They're cool as shit and party proudly gayly. They're all about a good time. Very interesting people, but not interesting enough for me to watch "The L Word" or "The Workaholics"

Good movies have greater impact on me than a TV series. I mean the only full series of a tv show I've seen(In my adult years, not counting the endless hours of tv Ive watched as a kid) was The Trailer Parks Boys, and that was a complete waste of time even though it's crazy hilarious.
But, just wondering if people the same.

A tv series is just a different way of presenting a story. Naturally, network television creates some rather glaring limitations within the medium, but once in awhile the stars align.
