Im leaving for a week, in a month. We are staying at a resort @ runaway bay.
This will be my first time on the island. So whos been there? Hows the weed? any good spots to check out?

STAY in tourist areas, do not venture too far inland without a exp. guide.
OH and dont get caught with drugs, the gov there will fuck you in the ass.

my buddy just got back and said "you will be offered to buy pot at least 5 times before you get to your resort"
apparently he was offered to buy buds from 4 people at the airport when they arrived. and then cab driver tried to sell em a quarter for $20 on the way to the resort.

Last time I was in Jamaica:
My friend and I were held hostage for trying to buy 'the good' weed (which was actually terrible).
Granted we got in their car to make the deal (because it was better than anything else).
Anyway, they proposed a deal for this bag of schwag for $300. At that point I wasn't inclined to disagree because everything got non-negotiable when a gun was held to my head (this is apt to happen in Jamaica when they don't like what you're telling them).
Anyway It's a long story but my lesson for you is this: buy the shitty weed on the beach and enjoy it.
