 Big aero plants?

I've been browsing through this site for a while. I have a 1000w light and only want to grow one plant under it. I want to do an aeroponics scrog, but havent seen any journals or diy's for this.
What I was thinking was making an aero tub with a 4x4 trellis above it. Is there any reason that people don't do this aside from the veg time? Would a 30 gallon tote be big enough for the root system? What size misters/pump should I use?
My room is sealed and climate controlled, I also have a water chiller and R/0 filter, so keeping the temps right won't be a problem.
This is a personal medical grow, so I see no need to have more than one plant. I can wait a little longer for veg time.
Any input or links to journals/threads is greatly appreciated

I would just go with DWC. With the size of the root mass that you would get for getting a plant that big a true aero would have a hard time spraying the center of the root mass. DWC FTW.

Yeah man, I've been reading a lot about under current systems. Blows my fucking mind.
Also, I'm looking into the vertical lighting thing. I've always used hoods, all my friends that have bigger setups than me use hoods, but holy fuck. Seems like vertical lighting is king.
I just need to figure out what to do with the heat that comes off a vertical light setup. How far away to put the plant and whatnot. My 1000w gets really hot.
Time to keep reading.

If you don't want to do air exchange since you are in a sealed room look into water cooling for your lights. You already have the chiller.
