 Best way to fill up the growroom

So I have 3 1000 watters that I cant use because I just dont have that many plants to work with. However, I reeally want to put it to use before my 2-4 week old (future) moms are ready to be cloned.
In my head, there are 2 options for a quick harvest. Either fill a 4x4 w/ auto's or veg regular seeds for 2-3 weeks (maybe less) and flip to 12/12 early.
Either way im gonna need a lot of seeds, so my question is, whats the cheapest seeds I can find?
Do you guys think bagseeds are worth messing with? I dont mind if its mid quality, but can't have hermies....is there a way to tell if its a hermie just from where the seeds were in the bud or somethin?
Is there a place that sells "bootleg" strain seeds? Like random unidentified seeds? Im looking to spend 100$ at most.

you could try budtrader.org in the seed section
there are tuns of breeders but most of them will not ship outside of cali or to people who are not prop 215
also i have been ripped of twice by people there, bt for seeds not money.
and you cant leave a bad rating or anything.

it does not hurt to ask
i recommend good communication and a few trades before sending anything important out.
for $2-5 (average price) a seed its a steal.
