I got a pack of hot sauces for Christmas and I've already used a bottle and a half. I keep putting it on everything, and it keeps enhancing everything.
Whats yer favorite kind?
I used to only get Tobasco but I got this pack for Christmas and I'm sold...dangerous combo, because my hydro/homebrew combo store also sells hot sauce...it looks like they'll be getting ALL my money now!

Tapatio is my fave. Tabasco has too much a vinegar taste, blegh.

When I went back to look Louisiana is the box set I got  I still haven't tried the hottest one.
I like them a touch more mild, like the green jalapeno ones. SOME things go better with the hotter ones (meat and eggs!) but I can use the jalapeno ones on almost anything.

The other thai and random asian chili pepper sauces are way hotter, that brand is great too though.

i don't consider Tabasco hot sauce. it has so much sugar it might aswell be hot breakfast syrup.
if you want something that actually is hot try this stuff out

I also have these guys, all of which are beyond hot 
^We've had Dave's for many many years now, hasn't gotten bad, or anything, it kills off whatever germs do manage to get into the bottle it keeps getting hotter with age

of course Mad Dogs 357 is hot, it's made with ghost chillis
I can handle hot stuff but I use hot sauce for flavor
if it's going to wreck my mouth there is no point
