Looks OK.
I use a flood and drain/ebb and flow table myself and a EZ Cloner.
Use a 400 to 600 watts HPS(600 IMO), vented hood with 6 inch inline fan. Will also need a fan for moving air in grow room around.

That depends.
Do you want to use a 1000 watt light?
Need to get the book and read.
Best place to start.
