My buddy came by last night and showed me a few new strains he'd just picked up. One of them (pictured below) was Grape Diesel. It's probably the frostiest bud I have ever had the pleasure of seeing in my life, face to trich. I took some pictures to preserve its appearance at least. Show me some frosty nugs! i'll move this to the picture forum if there's a lot of pics in here, later.

that came from ICmag. Not sure who took the picture. I think that pic came from the macrophotography thread they have over there, which is an epic thread worthy of a look just for the pictures.

And a tripod. I could get some super awesome pictures if not for my fucking unsteady hand.

i have my friend's Nikon D3000 right now so i can get some good harvest pics. i took a few of my massive outdoor Cali Mist plant the other day and posted them up in my macro thread in the Marijuana Pictures forum. i want to just keep this camera for my own but i know she will definitely be wanting it back.

yeah, i think i'm probably the only person that can get my camera to work, but when it does work it works pretty well. it's just way past time to upgrade.
something nice but not too fancy .. and a macro lens. it's on my christmas list (it's the only thing on there) but i'm pretty sure i won't be getting it. that's okay though, i could also use some new shoes so maybe i'll at least get those.

To my knowledge those are genuine photos. If you go to that macrophotography thread at ICMag the guy that does it provides a step by step how to on it. it's fucking tricky though. to say the least.

I think I'm gonna build a USB microscope. If I do go for it, I'll write up a little guide on how I did it.
Pretty sure I can ghetto rig one up for like $25.
