Owning a vehicle
    #586966 - 09/17/11 03:23 PM (12 years, 6 months ago)

Do you?  What kind?  Is it paid for?  Do you like it?  Want to show us a picture of it?  I'm selling my jeep and getting rid of that monthly obligation.  going to get something cheap that'll last.  I got this jeep in 2006 when it was new and had 0 miles on it.  It's only got 28k miles on it now.  discuss your vehicles and/or mode of transportation here.

I've owned many, they're annoying.

Right now I have a 35th anniversary Camaro and an 01 Tacoma.

I'm going to get a motorcycle of some kind in the spring.
I sold my CBR a few years back and regret it.

This time I think I want to get a street & trail model.

i own a 2005 jetta gli. its real pretty and people come tell me nice car all the time. its a quick little bugger too. 69xxx miles.

paid 9300, but i could prolly re sale it right now for 11.5k-12k.

i like buying things for it to make it nicer. just bought a JL W7 in custom built enclosure, hella e code headlights, and a new grille for it. re doing the headliner and door panels shortly, as well as putting door speakers in and HIDs in the new headlights.

See, that term pedo gets thrown around a lot.
Is a 16 year old guy having sex w/a 16 year old girl a pedophile?
If not, then how is a 30 year old considered a pedophile for doing the same thing?
I think y'all need to look up the definition for pedophile.

I own a 1974-1976ish Red Yamaha Enduro 125cc, and a Honda 250 or so? Maybe it's a 300 idk I never really rode it to much after I changed the handlebars from bent back to a super-bike style pair. I just didn't like it that much. It didn't have that "brought back from the dead" feeling my Enduro has after me and my dad got it running after it was crashed and thrown into a garage outside of my home town for about 30 years.

Plus the Enduro cost me 150 bucks cash, plus the new carburetor we had to find. Although getting the carburetor got us 2 other Yamaha Enduros (one is a 70cc or 100cc and the other is another 125cc) that my dad has been fixing up when he is bored.

I love my Yamaha Enduro though and will probably always own it since insurance is like 100-200 a year because i only get liability on it.

I don't like driving cars.

Although FB has already seen the bike I'm bragging most about, and some of the member here saw picture i already posted of it in TSL before. I think i deleted it already though because i was just about to post it up again.

1992 chevy k1500

previously i drove a 1991 volvo 740, paid 600 bucks for it. crashed it, and the insurance cashed me out at 2100. used the cash to buy the truck. pretty good deal if you ask me.

Not mine, probably not the same year, but same idea and color.

2000 Buick LeSabre. My first car.

Ehhhhhh. I kinda hate driving cars too. I'm a semi-tense person, and when I drive I always just worry I'm bothering other drivers. I'd never have a car if it didn't snow so much here. I'd just bike places...but its just not possible in the winter. And I live like 20 miles from anything. Anything thats open year round anyway.

Of course it's happening inside your head.
Why should that mean it isn't real?

My only car was a 1969 Holden Premier HQ, it was gold and all chromed out. My dad and I refurnished most of it, and when it was done it had a 350ci Chevy big block in it with a top loader gearbox. Then my parents got divorced and my dad sold it :nonono:

I only ever drove it 3times, I was devastated. Karma got back at the guy who bought my baby though, he was being a faggot doing doughnuts in some parking lot, dropped the clutch and somehow managed to hit a pole, snapping the rear axle.

EDIT: Paid 4k, put 12k into it but dad ended up selling it for 12k in the end
