Problem with poker is tourneys can last for hours upon hours. You cant just get up and leave.
I guess theres sit n gos but I like the crazy money from the tourneys

Thats why I really didnt want to play in the tourney, but my Uncle took me and wanted to challenge me to see who would finish better. (he finished about 13th-15th out of 90). Plus we had a side bet for dinner that whoever won owes the other a steak dinner on Wednesday night at this place called Phillies
I dont see the point in online poker.. sure if you dont live anywhere near a casino or whatever, then fine. But if you want to play some real poker, it's all about playing at a live table. even if you just do sit and go (which is what I normally do)

I'm going to assume online, and then I know.
I can tell you there are way to many quirks in pen and paper DnD to make pvp even balanced.
