I want to make an edible or two.

I bought an eight of Kali Mist the other day and want to make an edible or two.
The thing is, I don't want to have to use too much weed in them, because I like need to have enough smoke to medicate my stomach daily.

So, I just want to make one or two servings, mostly for me but my Mom might have some.

Can you give me a good recipe that only uses as much weed as I'd smoke in a couple or a few bowls. Would that be enough to make strong enough edibles?

I was thinking firecrackers or maybe a small brownie or two. It would use a lot less butter or peanut butter obviously.


Also, should I try to find a scale or is estimating okay?

For a single dose a firecracker is the best route.

A package of brownies will need at least 8 grams (IMO)

Okay so I am going to put a bowl of bud in skippy natural peanut butter (16g fat) on a ritz cracker or something.
Then how long should it go in oven for and at what tempature?
Do I wrap it in tin foil?

I put one ritz sandwhich with a bowl or two of dank grinder up in the peanut butter.
Put it in for 10 minutes at 300.
Just eat it.
I guess in an hour or two I'll know if it worked.
I think it did.
The peanut butter was melty but I could taste the smokey cananbis in the sandwhich.

It was natural skippy PB.

30 minutes on 300, wrap them in foil. Put .5 to 1 gram on each.

Well I definitely felt something, but I think have may of undercooked it a little bit or maybe it was just not as obvious because it was all sativa.

But I've smoked a couple times tonight and feel great.

I'll probably just buy some medibles for a few bucks a piece. :shrug:
Much less risky.
But I do think the firecracker did give me some effect, maybe just lighter and longer.

The high from eating is a bit different IME

much more of a body/mellow high than a head/stony high

I try to start my day off with some fruit and a canna-brownie. That combo cuts my smoking way down.

I'm still in the experimental phase of making canna butter. Once I perfect my method I will do a tek and post it in the proper forum.

At the moment It takes about ~1g to a brownie, for a good strong ~10 hour body high.
I hope to get my extraction process down to where .5-.8 grams will be enough. :justdontknow:

Lots of trial and error in something like this :strokebeard:
