Thompson was in lots of paint hough, but he killed himself while his kids were visiting.
I'd probably do it too, if natural causes doesn't take me away before i'm ready.
No one ever cares if old guys kill themselves though.

I dunno whats wrong about a person who has lived a full life and left everything they care to leave behind killing themselves if they're in pain.
Suicide is fine imo. Only the person killing themselves knows if its the right thing to do. Not to say people don't do it for the wrong reasons...but if someone wants to off themselves to end some kinda terrible pain, more power to em.
