So this is my thing...i had a slight thrip infestation and it was trippin with me. A few days later my guy told me take down would do the trick. I kinda went overboard with it when i first turned my lights on for the normal routine one night. And after a few days the plant looked a little brown so i misted some diluted water with some nutrient mix all across the plant hoping thatd help clean off the poor thing. But shes still really brown. What do i do?

Hope. If you have not burned the plant to death then it will probably come back to life, though its potential may be compromised.
If it is too badly burned it will become obvious.

yeah I would definitely stop feeding her any nutes or ferts asap I would however recommend trying superthrive or some kind of shock treatment if anything.

Thank you kindly, I think i ll look it up when i head into mt vernon later today. But I think it may be too late =( the other day i cut most of what was browned off, and am now hoping the big guys survive

Yea and it still is, its really fighting back, i think itll make it... but would it be a real bad idea to smoke the stuff i cut off? A buddy of mine said rinse them as soon as i could and itd be chill, but suggestions are always nice
