last friday i did methylone my first time and loved it. the next day it made me feel like shit and depressed. i assume its bc of my serotonin levels being outta whack.
its been a week and 2 days, my buddy and his sisters wanna do some with me tomorrow. should i be recovered enough? i dont wanna feel shitty while everyone else is partying down. oh, and dying. i dont wanna do that either.

I was gonna say the same thing. After you roll, take one of these bad boys right before you go to sleep. Shit helps out soooooooo much. I always feel fine the next day.

5-HTP is artificial Serotonin, it's guaranteed to help you after a roll bro. I promise it will get you feelin right again. I advise takin 100mg though.

Its not artificial serotonin but it only differs from serotonin by one carboxyl group which is easily removed by some decarboxylase thangs in the liver(?) I think.
I think I read somewhere that it could be hepatotoxic but I wouldn't worry too much about it.

I'll be pickin some of that 5-HTP later today. I rolled on 400mg's of good molly last night. I feel alright though. I took some valerian root and melatoin last night with some gatorade, so I slept off the come down.

Combining it with Ecstasy or Molly wouldn't do anythin special. It's not a booster in any way but more for recovery. Never take it before or during a roll. That's just stupid. Always take it after.

I could have used that advice a week ago.  took 400 mg of mdma last saturday. the following day was one of the worst of my life. never been in the pit of despair like that. they also have 5htp at walgreens i learned.

That 5-HTP is not artificial serotonin, it's very similar to serotonin, but could possibly help regulate your serotonin and increase levels.

Its worth mentioning that artificial sweeteners will fuck with your serotonin, not to mention an array of other negative affects. Best to avoid all together but in an extra taxing situation especially.

Dollar general never has any of the OTC meds I want. I always look there first because once I found Tagament HB at a dollar store and now everytime I want to buy it I have to pay 8$ dollars at walmart or anywhere else. Its only 8$ but it pisses me off having to pay that for a fucking antacid.

All I have to say is, I've rolled close to 40 times now. I lost count after 30, haha. But EVERY time after I rolled I took a 100mg 5-HTP right before I went to sleep and felt just fine the next day. There was ONE time that I rolled hard and didn't take 5-HTP and it was fuckin rough... I don't care what anyone says, that stuff is great and I advise it to anyone who indulges in MDMA based drugs. My Serotonin levels seem quite fine to me and I have had no adverse effects from takin 5-HTP so just nut up and do it otherwise your brain is gonna fuckin hate you. Of course fruit and veggies help too but they won't replenish all the Serotonin your brain pumped out durin the roll like 5-HTP will.

And for $6 per 100 pills, even a placebo effect is good. (I know its not, just sayin'.)

Glad to hear it, it's def no placebo that's for sure. I just want people to take care of themselves as much as possible. Especially when it comes to drugs that have the ability to take your life if done recklessly.
