i liek that fact the iolite is so portable but id like a user review to see how good it works.
Also the vapir mini seems well made but a lil dumb that you have to carry an external battery.
And ive used a vapir no2 several times that works great . But its a lil large to tote around.
Also looked at the mflb but it seems to be a shitty made design(although I know it has decent reviews)
Give me you guys opinion on a good vape but not to expensive! I dont really carry if its a plug in model either anyone used a vapir one?
But portable model is ideal. Just want some 1st person pov on a good vape before I go on vacation to a non smoking resort..

im a family man i want a portable or semi portable unit that doesnt look like a spaceship . I know the volcanos are the best but when your not in a med state it wouldnt be a good purchase for my needs

You're not gonna find what your looking for in that price range 
You can get a decent plug in vape for ~$150
But I've not seen any real good reviews on the portable vapes .... yet
The V Tower Extreme Q is a good vape with all the bells and whistles for around ~$200-300

mr buddy has had hir for a year with constant use 24/7 almost.and no problems at all so knock on wood mine will work well also.
I just liek teh fact its portable and makes no noise . The 2 hours of battery time are hard to beat ..

Iolite's are legit bro, and they are pretty affordable. I'd say go with that for now. The ONLY thing that sucks about them is how fat they burn through butane but that's only if you're gonna use it a lot.

LOL at the volcano fanboys. There is no 'best' vape. It depends what you are looking for in a vape. Some are best for portability, some are best for effeciency, some are best for rich, large hits. The volcano falls short to other vapes on all 3 of those categories. The only thing the volcano is good for is large groups of people that don't know shit about vaporizing. ie, partys, etc. It is NOT the best. There is NO best. Do some reading and you will realise this.

Compared to DBV or the SSV the hits are weak and diluted. They are not as 'rich'. This is because the vapor is diluted in the air as it fills up in the bag. You will never get the same thickness and density in the hit with a bag vape as you can with a whip vape. Simple truth.
Why do people assume that the more expensive something is, the better it is? I get the same response from any volcano user. 81renaissance - VRIP tech is an awesome device. Only used one a couple of times, the taste is unmatched. All glass vapor path - very tasty vapor. I found hooking my DBV up to my bong is slightly more efficient and easier to to use. But the VRIP wins on taste.
OP - if you are still looking for a vaporizer i'll name a few good ones to look out for depending on what you are looking for in a vape.
Efficiency
Purple days, Mytlezap (no doubt these vapes are two of the most efficient on the market - far more efficient than the volcano, and about 1/4 of the cost.
Big rips (great to hook up to a bong)
Da buddha, silver surfer, extreme Q. also worth looking at the VRIP tech which offers all glass vapor path but it is a completely different design than the first three i mentioned.
Portable
Magic flight launch box, Iolite
Party vapes
Volcano - good for large groups of people as its easier to pass a bag around than a whip that only reaches three foot. Also theres no learning curve with the volcano, you simply inhale from the bag so again good for parties with lots of people who havn't vaporized before.
